Rockwell was originally founded by President, Ms. Aylin Cankardes. She is an
experienced financial professional with more than twenty years in the industry.

Aylin
N. Cankardes, President
Prior to Rockwell Financial Group LLC, Ms. Cankardes was the founder and
President of Southern Pacific BanCapital, a leasing division of Imperial
Credit Industries (formerly Imperial Bank). The focus of the subsidiary
was to originate and finance middle market transactions. She also served
in various capacities over twelve years as Sr. Vice President of
syndications, acquisitions and vendor finance for Capital Associates
International Inc., (“CAI, Inc”) a publicly traded leasing company with
more than $3.4 billion in assets. Prior to joining CAI, Inc., Ms.
Cankardes developed and managed a successful acquisition finance
division for Finalco, Inc. based in Virginia which specialized in high
technology programs for rated credits. She has more than twenty years
experience in the equipment and corporate finance industry, with
expertise in originations, syndications, client negotiation, and
management with numerous awards for top performances during her career.
Ms. Cankardes currently serves on the Board of Directors for the
Equipment Leasing and Finance Association. Ms. Cankardes was previously the Colorado Chair for WBEC and has served
over two years on the Board of Directors of the Women's Business
Enterprise Council with Fortune 500 representatives.

Evan J. Christenson, Managing Director - Finance
Mr. Christenson started his career at PNC Bank in the Philadelphia
commercial banking group. In the ten years at the bank, he held various
positions including Corporate Banking Sr. Credit Manager, serving the
western Philadelphia and Central / Northeastern Pennsylvania markets.
Mr. Christenson had individual responsibility for a portfolio of more
than $3 billion. With his promotion to Vice President, Mr. Christenson
was the youngest Vice President in PNC’s corporate banking division.
During his tenure at PNC, he gained extensive experience in commercial
finance, capital markets, treasury management, and corporate banking.
Following PNC, he joined Southern Pacific BanCapital as the Chief credit
officer for the finance and leasing division. Today, Mr. Christenson has
direct responsibility for the coordination of funding programs at
Rockwell.

Michelle M. Hanley, Managing Director - Administration
As a director for Rockwell, Ms. Hanley has responsibility for the
administration of the Company. Ms. Hanley coordinates the documentation,
compliance, and operations of Rockwell. In addition to these roles, she
provides technical expertise for the review and evaluation of equipment.
Ms. Hanley holds a degree in mechanical engineering and uses her
technical expertise to support Rockwell and its clients on manufacturing
and production equipment. Prior to joining Rockwell, she held positions
with Peak Industries LLC, and Zenith Products, Inc from production and
development engineer to senior engineering design manager. Ms. Hanley
has extensive experience in both high level management as well as
operations. Her responsibilities at Rockwell include administration
management, human resources, and accounting.

E. Baker Davenport, Director of Energy Finance
Mr. Davenport brings over 20 years equipment leasing experience to his
role of developing business opportunities in the energy sector for
Rockwell Financial Group. Mr. Davenport joined the company in March 2006
as a specialist in financing energy projects, both conventional and
renewable. His expertise in the energy sector facilitates Rockwell’s
ability to develop innovative financing strategies for equipment
manufacturers, energy service companies and project developers seeking
to provide large-scale energy services and products to a broad range of
end-use customers, including commercial, industrial, institutional and
governmental entities. He is very knowledgeable of traditional equipment
finance, as well as the more complex project financing and is a frequent
speaker at industry trade shows.
